The Communication Matters group meets in the Old Hall, Cowbridge.

We are interested in all aspects of written and spoken interaction. We expect the programme will be broad reflecting the interests of members.  As we are all communicators we are off to a good start. Part of the experience will be to look at human behaviour and to understand how and why we say and do the things we do,  learn a lot, and have fun along the way.

What are your views on social media?
What techniques does advertising/ marketing use to influence you? 
How has news reporting changed?
What makes a good speech memorable and persuasive? 
Sometimes you will go off and do your own research, observe, or put your thinking cap on and come to the next meeting with ideas and  examples.  For instance, do men and women talk differently - there have been a few disagreements in our household about that!
