Amanda with help from Jo, concocted four original cocktails for the June meeting of the Tuesday Tipplers. The theme was one of Jo’s nights out, starting with the White Lady, a gin based cocktail representing the start of the evening.  Followed by the Pink Lady, a vodka with raspberry liqueurrepresenting increased jollity. This was followed by Dusky Lady with amaretto and vodka as emotions mellowed. The evening ended with the Dark Lady a tia maria/coffee mixture representing the closing of the party. The session ended with a vote as to their merits, with White Lady winning the vote. Thanks to Amanda and Jo for an interesting evening, which was different from our usual fayre.
