We will walk towards Heol-Y-Mynydd. Then through grassy sand dunes to the Ogmore River. We will have a short break so bring a drink. The walk then crosses sea front on wales coastal path (toilets) to starting point. No styles. A steep hill towards end of walk. About 5 miles.

Lunch will be at The Three Golden Cups Southerndown.
