Signs are everywhere.  From traffic signs to illuminated boardings, to the signification system known as the language we write comprising the alphabet, the dialect we speak in terms of sound, and the body language we use.  These are part of the semiotic system.  We use them to create and communicate meaning although not everyone has the same interpretation!  We will follow this through and possibly look toward sign language depending on knowledge held by the group.
