December 2025. Christmas buffet.

At the December meeting of Tuesday Tipplers, we had a Christmas buffet supplied by members. We sampled four excellent wines to accompany the food, with a good description of each one. The first was a ‘bubbly’, Crémant do Loire which was an excellent start to the evening. Secondly, we had rosé, Baron M ‘Jardin d’Amour from Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Next, was a red wine, Grezan from Faugéres Rouge which was mellow and full of flavour. Finally, our host presented us with decanted Crusted Port along with a good supply of Stilton and Cheddar cheese. A very enjoyable evening was had by all present, with convivial conversation.
