The outward route is up from The Ship, round the bottom of the Park, through the Park to the Gorsedd Stones and then the Castle Ruins, back round Romilly Park Road on the west side of the Park, into the nature reserve and back along the Parade.

Possible extension in the Nature Reserve which increases the mileage a bit and remember the climb up through the Park is noticeable.  Decide on the day.
