MEET  WHITEFORD BURROWS CAR PARK, LLANMADOC.  SA3 1DJ 

(Pay and Display. Card Only. £5 for day)

This is a largely flat walk of 6.5 miles which takes about 3 hours. The overall ascent is 383 feet, most of which is in one climb up a sandy path.

Cafe in the village / community shop in Llanmadoc. Open 10-12noon.

There is a toilet for customers at the Cwm Ivy and also the Britannia, but no other facilities.
