We meet monthly for lunch in and around the Vale of Glamorgan.

There are usually about 15 of us regularly enjoying lunch and a chat. Extra members are always welcome to come along with new suggestions for venues that we perhaps have not tried out yet.

Members take it turns to choose the venue and then host the lunch.

Early in the month the group leader sends out the host’s choice to all members of the group, with details of the venue and whether there is a need to pre-order, which has become more common recently. Menus are usually attached if a pre-order is needed. 

The members then contact the host with their choices by the Sunday before the lunch so that the venue know in advance how many are coming and what they choose for lunch.
